near the next turn… meet me.
August 4, 2014
i hum a song, its sunday’s light
the crowd’s not dense, i can feel the wind
standing here on the edge of a road
i can hear the next train passing the station
a sky filled with a pattern serene
the clouds that ring my romantic mood
the chimes of the nearby shop door opening
makes me want to dance a step
i see if i am being watched
and then i progress
but i so want to hold your hand right now
i wish you would wear that pink dress of yours
if like that day we can meet once more
that would be such a splendid time
walk towards me right now if you can
near the next turn, close to a paper stand
i have three primroses on my right hand
catch my pace and reach me wearing a smile
i’ll grab you at once and hold you close
decorate the roses on your hair
and walk with you with fingers so clasped
our joys would spill over footprints left.

backyard.
July 31, 2014
filled with her fingers
her backyard bloomed
in evening’s dim emotions
her lips widened with awe
at the sight of modesty
the colors presented
she was honestly surprised
yet pained because of
those humble shades that
perfumed the air all the way
to the deepest layers of
her unbound heart
thoughtless, expressionless
she sat like a perfected sculpture
waiting to be touched by warm skin
while the sun drank the last of her sight
and sunk betraying her intoxication.
there swings the second hand.
July 26, 2014
if i hold one and let the other be free
i am afraid i have but half of you
this tender world of dreamy state
i walk on clouds even while awake
how love swings my heart so wild
i have you now yet i have not enough
i keep tracking your eyes stubbornly with mine
wherever you look i wish to be a part of it
like a canvas loving her artist i
am fond of just your pair of eyes
the swings of time, as the clock ticks a rhyme
my hand that’s loose holds my chest so tight
to be a part of you, yet not so much i am scared
i am blessed and yet i am cursed all the while
love’s breeze can be rough sometimes
i am in love yet hate who i become
the moment i feel i might lose your love
i lose myself along with you.
a long lost night.

sweet fumes.
July 12, 2014
sweet fumes of midnight lust pervade
a silent palace with open gates
some sway in the scented breeze
that captivates its innocent prey
each night a blue cloud floats
from a distant land like an african ghost
dark yet soothingly mysterious
calming the roots of wandering souls
as if no escape remains
and none can successfully retain
anyone who ever enters this maze
is tied with such intoxicated lace
such beautiful rhythm the senses ignite
as if it were the last resort of endless plight
sadness that so sullenly engraves
slowly like a midnight’s mist evaporates
should there be an empty heart somewhere
at that estranged place shall turn into an affair
such blissful greed that suddenly rushes
to obtain all that can be humanly attained
sweet fumes of those entwined breaths
are meant to cure feelings uncontained.
a pair.
May 5, 2014
side by side
parallel
walking past the sun
shadows criss-crossing
what beautiful form
so immense
a moment of time
a dance
performed
lets forget everything else
beside you is me
and i have you
lets make a pair
and ride the eastern wind
rising
the noisy waves
subside slowly
as our hearts make voice
lets breathe this air
subtle and mild
and live a moment of life
together with you
everything changes
without you everything ends
so its meant to be two
only us
no one else
just alone me and you
in tandem we make
a pair.
bring me a feather
to keep for myself
bring me a dream to hold
bring me another moment
with your love
and make me immortal
with a kiss…
tis pretty this night
this evening shines
i can hear you sing
inside your heart
i can hear you
wish for my glance
it is a little cold tonight
yet it is sleepless once again
there is love in the air
and you are alone
in my arms…
If it were any time
Then it would be this one
When I would fall in love
With you, whoever you are
I know you know how
This season transforms a heart
The weather resting
Waters dripping
Clouds diving beneath
Not a trace of wind
To disturb our kiss
And my hair would lie
Out of the way
Away from our lips
As we try to convey
Wordless meanings
Carve love into our souls
And save each other
From a life of loneliness
This season my love
You know how it is
Its just magical to meet
Someone who loves me too
The way I do
This weather is just awesome
Its serenity, its charm
There is an unending song
In play inside my heart
I know you would hear
It inside your cells
They way we two are
Just made for each other…
Life stops for me
When you stay a night
Wrapping me in your warm love
The stars gazing our romance
All night I dream with open eyes
And you write love on my skin
As I breathe moments
Colored in shades of lavender
I lie in your arms hypnotized
Each touch a magic
Each kiss a ticket
To lands of fantasy
High above skies
And I dream all night
With open eyes…
“Let Me, Please…”
June 30, 2011
Let me just kiss
Your tender lips
In complete love
Fill you in my arms
And warm you up
In my love
Caress your hair
With fond
Feeling every strand
Every stream of wind
Passing through
And smelling the scent
That escapes in gaps
Let me run my fingers
Upon your soft tender arms
And tickle your senses
Somehow making you blush
And force you to smile
Out of shy
Let me just breathe
So your neck can feel
My whispered verse of love
Upon them
Let me just close your eyes
With mine
And dream together
All night…
There is a story
Weaving slow
In the background
Of all these light-reflecting faces
A story that
Will end in making love.
That closeness
That electrifying touch
In the dark
Stunningly sensing
The close counterpart
Feeling each breath pass
They lost their all
While lost in love’s
Irresistible fall
Mystified by his touch
She froze in his arms
Only to be released
By a soft convincing kiss.
That First Romance…
May 28, 2011
He came closer
Still closer
As if walking in his dream
Approaching closer still
His eyes beamed
Bright like the stars
Of love
His proximity, her dream
And a discomfort
That was more comfortable
Than his separation
She could not resist
His romantic arms
And yet she whispered
A mild apology
Attempting to find time
To calm he fast beating heart
And took a step
Just a step away
When his strong
Love-seeking hands
Seized her
Pulling her close
To his warm cozy body
For an intimate dance.
That Blush On Her Cheeks
May 8, 2011
Oh dear
He smiled back at me
I just can’t believe this
Cried the girl’s heart
And a rush of blush
Colored her soft cheeks
So pink
So pretty
And as she smiled
The beauty surfaced
Of her heart in Love.
The shades of a blush
Have a lot to convey
And a story to share
It means that
She is infatuated
Captivated
In that moment
As she feels
Herself adorable and beautiful
Through his eyes
For the very first time.
Pure emotions
Pure little sensations
A slight increase
In the heart’s loveliest disease
Apparent physical symptoms
Of which a blush is just an example
Under that soft skin
Is covered the beginnings
Of her very first romance
And love’s most passionate dance.
Romancing the Sun
May 5, 2011
The sun is glaring at me and my face
Flirting with me but hiding his face
From in between the leaves
He throws now and then a trace
Of light upon me trying to embrace
My love for him
And my soft heart’s grace
Girl’s don’t like this behavior
I complained
I couldn’t tolerate such lies, I said
Since my little heart pained
You love only the sunflower
I asserted
But he smiled at me and I was touched deeper
Inside my heart
With his rays he tickled my senses
Trying to convince me of his love’s innocence
Feel my warmth
Feel my love for you, he said
His request was like
Some eager lover’s readiness
And suddenly filled me all over
With warm evening kisses
Melting away all my anger
But then he started to change his color and shade
Moving away westwards
A warm final good-bye he bade.
